Well Played
“A little nonsense now and then, is cherished by the wisest men.”
~ Roald Dahl, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator
I’ve enjoyed walking around our neighborhood and seeing families play together over Carnaval. There were young folks playing futbol down the empty streets, water fights that included buckets and pump guns that also took aim at any passersby, grandsons chasing their grandfather with canisters of foam, a party with children circled within an inflated pool, and picnics along the river. What impressed me the most was that everyone was having fun, young and old.
