Signs of spring #2 - still too cold

Today with 16 days till spring starts it was another cold day however it did warm up this afternoon with the falling snow it was up to -8 c. I. Look at this lake and wonder how long it will take to open back up again, in the past 2 years within a month from now was full open water. Weather forecast looks like the deep freeze will be lifting by the end of the week and maybe we can start to see some melting !
