Stew Leonard's

I have lived in the NY area for over half my life, yet today was my first visit to Stew Leonard's Market. The store is a labyrinth of just about every type of food you could ever want with hokey music blaring and displays such as this around every corner. I wonder if pop stars consider this embarrassing, rude, or really cool?

I feel very fortunate to have received the H1N1 vaccine today. Hopefully I can get one for Bob next week, since we're both high risk.

I swam 0.8 miles (1.28 km) today. That warm pool makes it so much easier for me to go longer distances.
