Pancake Tuesday!

I was very eager to make pancakes today so I phoned dad early in the morning to ask for his recipe - apparently it´s one egg to two spoonfuls of flour depending on how rich you feel! I felt moderately rich so opted for 1 egg to 3.5 spoonfuls of flour. Topped the pancakes with lots of fresh lime and sugar and took a batch to the university in the evening for my class. At first the students were a little wary of trying these strange looking things - they were´t even sure at first they looked edible! :-)
