Again abroad, now in Tallinn, Estonia to give a conference presentation today and organise a short workshop tomorrow. Wonderful to take a 2-hour ferry instead of a flight to go abroad. Interestingly the sea was still covered with ice (but not solid one) up to a border perhaps 5 km out from Helsinki. And then it was out into the great wide open. Liked the horizon colour as well early in the morning.

A later addition: two twisted lines in the icy part indicate that some ships had recently also went through here, but the low wind has pushed the openings almost closed while also twisting the openings.
