A gentle reminder

Whilst sitting having a cup of tea looking out at the garden birds, I turned my head and noticed this scene next to me on top of a bureau. I thought a blip of it would provide a suitable reminder of meditation and quietening of the mind, which would probably be a valuable path to follow for a while, given the busyness of the outer world in the near future.
