Sunshine! Hooray!

What a difference almost exactly 48 hours makes.

Day 4 of 5 of the pain management course at St Thomas' hospital today... Today felt a bit more useful than the last 3 days. It's starting to make more sense, thankfully. It's still as intense (and sometimes emotional) as the first day but everyone is opening up more and trusting each other along with the psychologist, physiotherapist and occupational therapist who are running it. To top it all, the sun came out too. Hooray!

I had a little sit by the river listening to this busker before I went in.
