Old well in the middle of town

Again, while walking to work, I found something interesting. There's a covered over well just in front of a property line in S.Austin. I love finding evidence of older days in this town.

It didn't make for a spectacular photo, but as I spent the rest of the day indoors, I didn't take the time to shoot anything else.
