Goole Waterways

My husband volunteers at the Waterways Museum and one of his duties is to drive the boat when they take parties out for a tour of the docks. I know, sounds like a grim way to spend a day out but it really is quite interesting. He was taking a group out this afternoon so after dropping him off I decided to stop and take some snaps.

I always enjoy being by the water; there's something very soothing about it, even on an industrial waterway like this one.
