Pineapple's pride and prejudice

Piloted a new dish with pineapple in cooking - a well-known method for a type of sweet and sour cooking but if not well managed, it can be an awkward memory.

Didn't particularly feel confident to do so but no potatoes left! Often adopted the conventional recipe to stew pork gristle with potato in brown soy sauce, matched with dried mushroom, carrot and broccoli. But hey, both potato and pineapple look yellowish! The difference is potato needs to be added well at the start while pineapple rather the end.

Well, the proof of pineapple is in its eating! Only that I should have used less brown soy sauce. Anyway, a well upgraded recipe on my cooking record!
