I've walked past this loads of times...

...past, you'll note, not over. Not really sure why. But each I time I stop and re-decipher it, and it makes me think again how true it is. Leeds is a city of magnificent architecture everywhere you care to look, down to the intricate manhole (am I still allowed to say that?) covers, to the side at the wonderful statuary and convoluted brickwork, and up to the gargoyles and shimmering roofs.

I love it.
