The Beau Street hoard.

The guides had a fascinating talk about a collection of Roman coins that were discovered in 2007 when builders were refurbishing an old building in the centre of Bath to build a new spa hotel. Over 17250 coins were found in the hoard. Most will be displayed in the Roman Baths, some in the foyer of the hotel.
