Golddust

I went to Lush today to choose a present. They're always very friendly in there and they gave me a bubble bath demonstration... I didn't actually get to test a bath but it smelt nice. I spent a while browsing (sniffing) the options and then when I got back to the office, I found I'd been dusted in gold. My purchase smelt lovely on my desk all afternoon - office aromatherapy.

I decided to give up lifts for Lent. So far I've done the stairs to the fourth floor three times today, and I'm still standing...
