Driving to visit my sister today I was pulled into this spot by its beauty and peace. Shelby Farms is our nature preserve in the middle of the city. It's acres of woods, lakes, trails, playgrounds, and horseback riding trails....our own little paradise. And I only live 5 minutes away! When I need to escape and just get back to nature this is where I come to. I love this picture and calmness it portrays. The light fog this evening really set the mood.
