All the Sky.

The Sky Tower, the far distance, sits neatly adjacent to a collection of aerials on the building next door to WaipuShrink's apartment building. The top of the Sky Tower is similarly adorned with such communication systems - flashing messages across the sky.

I liked the somewhat Tatooine-esque aesthetic of this image.
