Mushroom Soup.

2 large pack of mushrooms, 1 pack Shiitake mushrooms
Fresh chicken stock, Salt taste

Fry mushrooms add stock, Soft Use a Blender, Half a Pint water to dilute

Simmer 15 min, 2 raw mushrooms thin slice end for show

Serve or freeze, Reheat add cream, easy ---- Enjoy.
