I declared today a spring cleaning day but didn't get as much done as hoped. Still, in the crockery cupboard the shelves and contents are clean, microwave is gleaming inside and out and the kitchen windows clean on both sides too. Neighbours must have thought I was mad outside in the rain, up a ladder with bucket and squeegee.

So, for a blip. Back into the garden late afternoon and picked a few wet daffodils. No bud vase so had to improvise! The image has been given a solarisation filter in Nik Color Efex Pro. 

Interesting that within an hour of being inside all buds had opened.
