Steps

Another day in the garden. Completion of one small retaining wall, back filling it with compost, new connections for the irrigation system, testing, and then some new steps.

I'd have to say the steps weren't entirely successful. A 1.5 m rise and a small amount of room meant they were always going to be steep and narrow, a little too much as it turns out. So I present some of the most ugly and least useful steps ;-)

I suspect I'll be rebuilding them again soon, and taking a bit more time ;-)
