Get a grip

Got this gripmaster about a week ago. It has 5lbs of tension in it, which doesn't seem much but my pinky finger sure feels it. I got it to improve my guitar/keyboard technique, and already I have noticed a difference in ease of playing. It's pretty wonderful actually!
