Power cut pancakes

We've had a power cut for the last 3 hours and my housemate decided we should solider on with pancake week (fortunately we have a gas hob). I was chopping the red onions for our savoury ones while he did the batter, surprisingly no major kitchen incidents occurred during out dark time cooking!
