Into the light

You can walk across the fields all the way from Woodbridge to Ipswich without ever encountering a main road. Just fields, pathways, river valleys a country lane or two - and this torrential year, a lot of mud.

At the start, you are actually parallel to the A12 for a couple of miles without having sight of it (though you do get plenty of sound in patches).

Quite early on you cross underneath from one field to another by means of this corrogated iron wormhole.

The brightness at the other end makes me think of the tunnel with light beyond that people report seeing when they come back from the dead..
