Earthship Biotecture, Taos, NM

These are two homes in the Earthship community outside of Taos, NM. I was there after the visitor center closed, it's the one on the left. The Earthships are about "Building with natural and recycled materials, thermal/solar heating and cooling, water harvesting, contained sewage treatment, solar and wind electricity and food production".

The houses are also very exotic looking. Some look like castles from another planet. You can find them on the internet.
