Day 1 - Eel

Today was our first day of our diving holiday in Dahab - a small town on the Red Sea in Egypt.

Cyclops and I have been three times before, as it is so easy to get there and the diving is so good. You can see in Cyclops's blip from yesterday that we have made some friends there over the years.

This time, as the two previous times, we have stayed with and dived with Red Sea Relax who I would highly recommend if you are looking for a laid back diving holiday - either as a beginner or an experienced diver.

I would also like to do a bit of a plug for Dive the Gap, also based at Red Sea Relax. They have all sorts of diving programmes (recreational and professional) that you can do in a gap year or career break.

Today, our first day, we dived Canyon and Islands - two of the most famous sites in Dahab.
