Day 6 of DDW's March daily challenge and a dip into LittlestDragons's simplicity challenge - Celeripedean/simplicity6

These coots (and their cousins the moorhens) are normally very Celeripedean, as they run around on the grass at the side of the lake. They have a very comical way of running around, and even when they are on water if they are desperate to get somewhere (when someone with food appears) then they skim across the water surface in a more Celeripedean way.

Today however, they were totally unco-operative, no Celeripedean activity from them. Typical!
