A lack of amber

Aliens have landed! Nope.
Small robots? Nope.
You were landing a plane at night! Nope.

This is the glorious green of the network data that flows into the house. For most of the day one of them was solid amber which meant... THE INTERNET HAD ESCAPED! But it came back at around 11pm. Phew. I'm not sure what the cause was but I powered the router down for about an 1hr and it reconnected. Probably just in the huff.

The rest of the day was ok. Work involved some necessary but unpopular emails. I had an average game of table tennis. I got rained on, twice.

But it was also parents night. To summarise:

Youngling #1 - fidgets too much but is doing ok.
Youngling #2 - talks too much but is doing ok.
Youngling #3 - is a "character" but is doing ok.

Also, the head teacher described youngling #1 as being like a springer spaniel. They really know my kids!
