Kitchen supervisor
Culinary technique and staff conduct are monitored by Fred as he awaits supper (baked hake Sicilian style, braised fennel and new potatoes fresh from a neglected tub in the garden.)
His lashing tail suggests he is finding fault with some aspects of the service but he approved of the dégustation (fish skin) and made a good job of licking washing up the plates and pans. Nevertheless, a larger portion would have given more satisfaction.
I will be in London for the next few days and may find it hard to keep up with screen time although I will attempt to continue blipping. Apologies in advance if I don't get around to commenting or replying.
