foamy fountain..

I went to say hello to my friends in the second hand book shop in town and on my wanderings came upon this foamy fountain...Definitely cold water omo...I wonder if they are planning to do a bit of clothes washing or what!!

No load shedding today...I wonder if the coal is now dry!!
