Once upon a time we wore a suit and tie to work five days a week. Then along came dress down Friday - business casual: no jeans, no shorts, no tee shirts. These days many people (particularly those in IT) no longer even need to go into the office every day. But, despite the advance of technology and changing work patterns, it seems to be harder to separate lunch time from work time.
