Cheers..!

Friday night after work cocktailing with my dear chum is always something to look forward to.

A couple of blackberry fizzes, a plate of pasta and a whole heap of chat is a recipe that makes for going home with a huge smile on my face.

Our bistro of choice has a great atmosphere, principally due to the first class staff, who run the place brilliantly.

If I was queen, I'd pay everyone in the service sector (who does so with a smile) double. At least.

It's a very noble profession.
