Say cheese

Or say Dutch cheese.
One of the best things about being back in the Netherlands is being able to go to the "kaasboer" (a cheese store). When you enter the store it's all about cheese; seeing cheese, smelling cheese and eating cheese in all sizes, shapes and colors.
If you never had Dutch cheese, you have been missing out on something. And I don't mean this expensive import Gouda you might be able to buy in stores in all corners of the world. No, I'm talking about the real Dutch aged cheese.

The owners of this cheese store were very nice and let me take pictures of their cheeses. I chose this one for today's picture, although the empty space kind of irritates me.
