Hot and sweaty

We got up earlyish this morning and we went for a run. Even though the sun wasn't up it was still hot and I could wring the sweat out if my t-shirt when I got back. Nice!

Since it's a Saturday and there's FA cup, premiership football and 6 nations I wonder how I could rehydrate myself?!
