Made it! Did my first 10K on the cross-trainer tonight. Really pleased as I've only had it about 6 weeks... Running up the stairs was hard work for me before then! And I had to stop using it for the best part of two weeks as I hit it a bit too hard to start off and it was knackering my back! Feel so much better for it too. :)
