There's only one thing that's better than a big breakfast and that's a big breakfast in The Rio Cafe.

Suz and I stopped off here before picking up my sick bass drum from drum doctor Alan Parker. Then we went to watch Joe play rugby.

Heading north to Aberdonia now to spend the weekend with Sarah and Martin in the Granite City. Always fun up north. It's a different wee world.
