Possible outbreak of good luck

Coming home from work on my bike the other day I was wondering about a strange new noise from the engine when suddenly a noise like God's flatulence came out and the engine stopped. Turns out a spark plug had come out of the head, of course I was visualising engine out etc etc but the plug has just screwed back in and the engine seems to be running nicely. Blimey! And in honour of the sunny weekend I had my car (there it is with the ROOF DOWN!) washed by some Albanians, cos I am posh like that.
