Memories

A knee problem requires elevation and a cold pack. I often read the Bible to my mother and when she has had enough, she asks me to tell her about my day. I mention one thing about my day and my mother will launch into telling me about her days of long ago. Stories I have heard over and over again, but it brings my mother joy remembering all of her happy times.

I have become the mother and she the child.
