Merdun Castle

Hi blipmates, so sorry I have deserted you for a few days. This has been a very sad and difficult week - but now it's the weekend and the sun is shining!

So here is a shot of my favourite subject in my favourite light, to cheer myself up. It was taken this afternoon near Merdun Castle outside Winchester and it struck me 'Merdun Castle' would be a fab name for a race horse or similar starry equine. However, these were just nice horses, not quite that posh, and very inquisitive.

I will come back and comment later or in the morning. Now I have supper to cook for my people.
