Christchurch Priory: examining the tombstones
A glorious warm day, reminiscent of times before the recent deluge.
This church is the product of over 300 years of building work. It was a priory church before the dissolution of the monasteries, and then became the parish church of the town of Christchurch.
A stunning building.
I nearly took out the slim branches at top left, but then relented. They are not really doing any harm.
