Happy Birthday

Youngest son is 15 today...where did that go?? Dad sorting out the cake ready for 30 second teenage demolition!!

He is a budding film maker....so main gifts were a new rinky dinky mic and sound recorder.

What a lovely day today wasnt it....knocked out a 20 mile run this afternoon and yes it was actually enjoyable!
