'Trendy Bellenden Village'

When we moved into our area thirteen years ago, this road was in Peckham. Now it's been re-marketed as Bellenden Village with a boutique B&B, butcher, artisan bakery and now the General Store which sells cheeses, hand-knitted yoghurt and all things organic. I'm not complaining, just commenting. It's great to see an area in decline now thriving.
