nearly!

...got it over the fence, but not quite.

lovely saturday with just us. i attempted a yoga class in the morning which ended not with a lovely savasana, but with a frantic phone call saying sam was screaming the house down. i dashed home to find him happy as larry after g had tried the old hairdryer trick. anyway, it was a start, maybe next week i'll manage the whole class.

had lunch out then a walk and a spot of 'fishing' where the kids caught lots of fish (leaves). sea snakes (twigs) and even an octopus, would you believe?! (clump of grass).

then a stop off in north berwick for an ice cream although i caved in and got the kids these big lurid sweetie lollipops and then spent an hour wracked with guilt about the amount of e numbers they were gobbling down.

oh and i tried sam on a bit of food for the first time - he slurped on a bit of melon, vomited after a couple of spoonfuls of porridge, and gagged and looked fairly non-impressed with some baby rice. i know you're meant to try just one thing at a time, but he is no. 3...
