Spring Flowers in the Park

We are in our local park (Cutteslowe Park), just behind our house. We are being treated to a spectacularly colourful display of flowers. Spring seems to be arriving!

Our eye (at least the photographer's eye) was first caught by this clump of purple crocuses. But there were some lovely pale yellow ones nearby, amongst all the different colours. Here are some of the yellow flowers closer up.

There are daffodils out, too, by the miniature railway.

There were too many clumps of flowers to link all the shots I took individually, so I have assembled some in a gallery. Frames 1–12 (DSCF 1978–DSCF 1997 are from today, 5 March. The rest are from Friday 7 March, when we went back again. See Friday's entry!
