Unmissable bursts of colour in the Meadows this afternoon and I wasn't the only one to stop and take a photo or few!

Spent the afternoon strolling through the Meadows, studying in a local cafe and just generally enjoying where I live. This is the first time I have done any studying at the weekend since starting my PhD and, given my surroundings and mum's gift so that I could treat myself, I really didn't mind. Now and again is not so bad :)
