Chilli Jelly

I made this the cheaty way with gelatine because I hadn't realiesd that apples are apparently the best way to set a chilli jelly. Unfortunately I don't think I put enough gelatine in and it doesn't seem to be setting very well. I also made a Peshwar curry from our amazing balti book and it was very tasty.

Still very much playing Dragon Age all the time, not helped by Jen having long weekend shifts and me having an excellent excuse to sit on my bum in front of the xbox all day.
