Sodalite serenity

I often use crystals for healing and today I was struggling with a panic attack.
I reached to my stones and sat with this beautiful sodalite on my neck/chest.
I had forgotten it was there when the postman knocked so as I stood up it fell to the floor.

Getting distracted by the parcel the postie brought me (a blip for another day) I forgot to pick the sodalite up.

About 20 mins later I could hear the cat playing with, what I assumed was, a toy. When I looked, there she was fussing and patting at the sodalite, now on the other side of the room.

Well, it was on the floor as to her it was fair game.
