Misty Vibes

Today was pretty solid.

Woke up early (9 counts as early, okay) and read Sand County. I'm about halfway through it, and it's always a great way to start a morning. The warm weather has me feeling super motivated--it's so great. It was actually warm enough to walk around campus in a hoodie, and I felt naked without my winter coat, to be honest. Regardless, it was a nice change.

I got brunch with Julia, Rachel, and Brittany, then went to the music library for the first time. I can tell already, it's going to be my new favorite quiet work space. Mann is nice and all, but sometimes you just need to be the only person in a simple, quiet, and well-lit workspace. I took a break around two to get coffee at libe, and took a selfie with Ezzie on the way back. No shame, homies, no shame.

The music library closes at five, so I got an early dinner with Sarah and then headed back to Balch for work, where I will be for the remainder of the night.

All in all, a pretty good day. I still have disgusting amounts of work.
