Deep Fried

When I started blipping I promised myself that I would not post photographs of my meals, and mostly I have stuck to that -

Last Christmas while staying with my daughter she cooked prawn puri (or poori depending what cook book you read) - this is a prawn curry flavored with tamarind on top of the Puri - a deep fried Indian bread, I also like to cook onion Bhaji occasionally as good Indian food is not easily available in our part of the Netherlands. But I am always nervous with a big pan of cooking oil on the top of the stove so decided to buy an electric deep fat frier - this is the first output
