'Jack' (Giovanni-Battista Della Franca...too much of a mouthful for the local Aus!) was the first generation founder of the property and his grandson continues the growing and cider making tradition.

Now Sundays are a full tilt of lunches, music,wood-fired pizza and paddle tastings of the brews.
