Butterfly fly away
“I almost wish we were butterflies and liv'd but three summer days - three such days with you I could fill with more delight than fifty common years could ever contain.” ~ John Keats
I was out taking a walk in Ghent when I nearly stepped upon this beautiful butterfly. Fortunately I saw it just in time and tried to avoid my feet going toward it (which I did in a very elegant way!). I was very happy that I didn't kill this precious little creature. I don't know if it was hurt of just chilling on the ground. When I was certain that I didn't step on it I walked on. I thought of going back a few times, because I didn't want anyone else to step on it but eventually I decided to go on. When I came back about half an hour later it was gone, so I hope it's safe and sound flying in the sky!
