TV & Sofa Day

Had another very lazy day today. Couldn't get back to sleep after hubbie left at 6.45am so ended up watching lots of Birth Story programmes on Sky+. By the time I'd watched a few of those, all 4 cats were curled up on the bed with me, so rather than disturb them (!) I carried on watching tv. However, after an episode of Jeremy Kyle, I was getting a headache (now I remember why I never usually watch it) so I got up.

Have spent most of the day in front of the tv actually and even fell asleep on the sofa at one point!
