International Women's Day

So finally we are here - the culmination of many month's work for and by many amazing women! It went very well! This should have been a photo of all the women on one of the 4 workshops, or one of the fabulous Palestinian Cookery demo given by Layla and Maha with me as sous chef, or one of the two choirs who entertained us before and after the dinner, or one of the hall jam-packed with supporters of the incredible women of 'Jameela's Kitchen' in Gaza……but I chose one of the pudding! Well….it was very beautiful!
